You can book your initial appointment via phone, email or through our website. The initial appointment is conducted via the phone or email. We will take full details of your problem, pain or discomfort, then book your initial assessment. Our initial assessment can take place at our clinic, your home or workplace to suit your preference. During this 1 hour appointment, we will document your medical history and fully assess your posture and range of motion. Once we have all this information, we can create and start your treatment programme. You will be provided with all the exercises you need to complete at home to treat your health problem. If required, we will provide you with our recommendation and timescale for any follow-up appointments.

I thought your whole service was excellent from booking to receiving treatment. Unfortunately my mother (patient) did not want to continue with treatment at this stage. I thought Abideen was superb and kept me informed in detail of how the treatment went.
