From our initial booking appointment which will be via the phone or email, we will discuss what problem, pain / discomfort you are experiencing and from there we will arrange our initial appointment. This can be at your home or workplace, at a time that is convenient for you. This initial appointment will take about 1 hour for us to take down any medical history and to fully assess your posture and range of movement. We will then begin our treatment programme and give you exercises to continue at home. We will recommend if and when it is likely you will need to see us again.
